You are warmly invited to join us on the second weekend of October for a sacred journey where the alchemy of light — Tantra — meets the mystery of ropes.

This experience is for those who wish to meet themselves and others with authenticity and presence, and to explore ways of awakening their sensual energy.

 Event Description
Over three transformative days, you’ll be gently guided through heart-opening Tantra practices where ropes are used as a tool to expand your comfort zones, awaken sensuality, and meet yourself and others in a safe and playful container.

This retreat is not about mastering rope techniques or performance. Rather, it’s about using rope as a sacred tool for connection, intimacy, communication, and self-discovery.

You will be guided by Filippa Moniz, a renowned Tantra teacher known for her grounded wisdom and radiant presence.
You may remember her from Estonian Tantra Festival 2025, where she facilitated with grace and depth.

 What to Expect
Tantra Practices – Guided meditations, breathwork, and partner rituals to open energy channels and deepen connection.

Sacred Rope / Shibari – From simple ties to free-flowing rope play — with an emphasis on presence, touch, safety, and consent.

Ritual & Ceremony – Opening and closing circles, intention setting, sound journeys, and conscious integration.

Connection & Community – Authentic sharing, sovereign participation, group agreements, and supported space-holding.

Play & Embodiment – An evening of music, dance, and sensual rope flow — playful, embodied, and alive.

 Shinita Temple Night – A sacred temple night where Tantra and Shibari fully merge in ritual space. This is an evening of deep exploration — where the rope becomes more than a tool. It becomes a ritual of touch, breath, and presence, inviting you into the ecstatic, the energetic, and the erotic sides of Tantra and rope. A space to be witnessed, to play, to surrender, and to rise.

 Venue & Nourishment – A hidden sanctuary in the heart of Tallinn with high ceilings, soft lighting, and temple-like energy — the perfect container for intimacy, depth, and transformation. Nourishing light lunches and dinners will be served, including sandwiches, fresh fruits, veggies, and healthy snacks.

Note: The retreat will be held in English, with optional Estonian translation if needed.
